The agreement between you and me.
Written to be read, not survived. If a line here is unclear, email me and I'll answer it in plain words — and I'd rather you asked before you paid than after.
Lifemax Club is open, and what you are buying today is not the briefings. It is unlimited one-to-one calls with me and a community that runs all day, for $19.99 a month. The six pillars and their 48 quests are there to read now, every one of them. The quizzes that complete a quest open in January. The filmed briefings — a video and a PDF for each quest — are published from January too, and are included at no extra cost. They are not filmed yet, and section 02 says so in as many words. If you want the videos and nothing else, wait for January. You will not have paid for anything unfinished.
By booking a call, joining — whether you pay at checkout or start a free month on an invite — or using anything on this site, you accept these terms.
01Who you are buying from
Lifemax Club is run by Reodan Nathan, sole proprietor, in Malaysia. One person runs it. There is no team, no support desk, and no ticket system. When you email, you are emailing the person who teaches the class.
- Operator
- Reodan Nathan, sole proprietor
- Country
- Malaysia
- reodannathan@gmail.com, or the contact page — I answer these myself, usually within one business day
- Telephone
- Message me and I will call you back. If you are in the UK or the EEA and need a number to call, ask and you get one.
- Payments
- Processed by Stripe, on a Stripe Checkout page the site opens when you press Join. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch my server.
In these terms, "I", "me" and "Lifemax Club" mean the operator named above. "You" means the member.
02What Lifemax Club is, and what it is not yet
A monthly subscription to a school for men, across six pillars of a life. It is being built in the open, and this section is split in two because those two halves are in very different states today.
What you get the day you join, and what you are paying for: unlimited one-to-one calls with me, the room, seven chat channels, and the weekly community call. All of it is running now.
- The calls are not rationed. Book any free slot in the diary, as often as you like, for as long as you are a member. The diary is the only limit — a finite number of half-hour slots — and you can see exactly what is left in it before you join.
- The room and the chat are open all the time — the chat has a General channel and one for each of the six pillars — and I am in them.
- One community call every week, Sundays, recorded.
The 48 briefings are not filmed yet. They arrive in January, and they are included in the price you are already paying — there is no second purchase and no upgrade.
Six pillars, eight quests each — 48 lessons in all — in this order: Life, Health, Attraction, High Performer, Aesthetics, Social. Every quest in every pillar is readable from the day you join, including the pillars you cannot complete yet. What waits is completing them, and the order is this:
- Life comes first. It is open to complete from the day you join.
- Health, High Performer and Social open once every Life quest is complete.
- Attraction and Aesthetics open once every Life quest and every Health quest is complete.
A pillar that has not opened is not hidden and not blurred. You can read all of it; you cannot complete a quest in it, or earn its XP, until it opens. Section 09 says how a quest is completed.
Quizzes open in January, alongside the briefings. Until then a quest is there to read and to work on; nothing is completed and no XP is paid.
I am telling you this before you pay rather than after. If the briefings are the only thing you want, the honest advice is to join in January, when they are up. If you want the calls and the room, they are here today and they are what the price is for.
Every briefing is a recording plus a companion PDF. You can tick a briefing off yourself as watched. That tick is self-reported and it proves nothing — it is a bookmark, not a result, and it pays no XP. The only thing that counts for anything is a completed quest, and that is section 09.
What the money buys, in full:
- Unlimited 1-to-1 calls with me, booked from the diary. See section 10.
- One community call a week — Sundays, 20:00–20:30 UTC+8 — open to every member, recorded.
- The room — where members post, comment, and reply under a nickname — and the seven chat channels.
- All six pillars — 48 quests, readable now, and their filmed briefings, a recording and a companion PDF each, from January.
- What it does not buy is a completed quest. XP is paid when a quest is completed — by its quiz or on a call — and not otherwise. Section 09 says how.
03What Lifemax Club is not
Read this part twice.
- Not therapy, counselling, or any kind of medical or mental-health treatment. Nobody here is a clinician, including me.
- Not a crisis service. Nobody here is on call. See section 15.
- Not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- Not a qualification. A completed quest or pillar is a record inside Lifemax Club — a quiz passed, or a quest covered with me on a call. It has no standing anywhere outside Lifemax Club, and neither does a level.
- Not a course you buy and keep. Access to the quests and briefings ends when your subscription ends.
- Not a set number of hours with me. The calls are unlimited, but the diary is the limit — a finite number of half-hour slots. When it is full, it is full.
- Not a prize or a game of chance. XP, levels and leaderboard positions have no money value. See section 09a.
- Not an outcome. See section 14.
- Not a place to sell to other members. See section 11.
04Who can join
There is no age limit. If you are under 18, tell a parent or guardian you have joined before your first call with me — not as a formality, but because some of this material is worth an adult knowing you are working through it.
I can decline anyone, for any reason. If I decline you after you have paid, you are refunded in full, the same day.
I cannot sell to you if you are in a country under sanctions or export restrictions that apply to Malaysia or to Stripe. If a payment is refused for that reason, that is why.
05How you get in
There is one door into a conversation with me, and one door into the school.
- Book the free call. Thirty minutes, no charge, no card, no obligation. We work out whether you need this at all. I may tell you no. This is open today.
Joining is four steps, in this order. None of them is skippable.
- You join on Stripe's checkout. Pressing Join opens a Stripe Checkout page. You tick the box section 08 describes and pay — or, if a member invited you, Stripe takes your card and charges nothing for your first month (section 09b). You are a member from the moment the checkout is complete.
- You make an account — an email address and a password you choose, or your Google account where the page offers it. Where the page asks for one, you confirm your email with a six-digit code.
- You answer six questions. Your age; which pillar is your problem; what you have tried that did not stick; how many hours a week you have; what better looks like in twelve weeks; and anything else I should know, which is the only optional one. I read these. They are how I know who you are before we ever speak.
- You pick a nickname. That is what other members see. Your real name is never shown to them.
Then you have the calls, the room, the chat, and all 48 quests to read. Nothing else has to happen first, and the briefings join them in January without you doing anything.
06The price and how the billing works
- Price
- $19.99 USD per month. Recurring until you cancel.
- What it buys today
- Unlimited 1-to-1 calls with me, the room, the seven chat channels, the weekly community call, and all 48 quests across the six pillars to read
- What it buys from January
- The filmed briefings for all 48 quests — a recording and a companion PDF each — and the quizzes that complete them, at no extra cost, on the same monthly price
- Price tiers
- None. No upsells, no add-ons, nothing held back behind a higher price.
- First charge
- When you join, at checkout. If a member invited you, when your 30-day free month ends — see section 09b
- Then
- The same amount, the same date, every month
- Cancel
- Any time, no notice period, no reason required
- Refunds
- None. See section 08.
One price buys the whole school. There is no cheaper version with fewer pillars and no expensive version with more. Every member has exactly what every other member has.
06aThe price of an existing membership
If you joined at $9.99 a month before 21 September 2026, you keep $9.99 for as long as your subscription runs without a break. That was the promise when you joined, and it stands.
- That rate belongs to the subscription, not to you. Cancel, and it goes with the subscription — if you come back later you pay the price current then. I would rather say that plainly here than have you discover it at the point of rejoining.
- A price set for new members does not reach an existing membership. This is not only a promise — it is how the billing works. Each subscription is created against the price that existed on the day you joined and stays on it; a different price for new members means creating a new one, which cannot touch yours.
- Nothing you get today is taken away when the briefings arrive. The calls, the room and the weekly call are not an introductory offer that ends. They are the product, and the briefings are added to it.
If I ever needed to change the price of an existing membership, which I do not intend to, I would email you at least 30 days before it happened and you could cancel before the new amount was ever charged. I will not change what you pay by changing this page and hoping you do not re-read it.
This is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically every month and keeps charging your card until you cancel it. It does not stop by itself.
The currency is US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may add its own fee. That fee is your bank's. I never see it and I never receive it.
Any change to what an existing membership costs is emailed to that member at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and I email you. You keep your access for 14 days while that happens. Fix the card and nothing else happens. A failed card is not a cancellation and I do not treat it as one.
07Cancelling, and what happens after
Cancel any time. No call, no form, no retention conversation, no reason required, and I will not ask you for one.
Email reodannathan@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and say you are cancelling. I action it the day I read it and confirm in writing.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not take away the period you have already paid for.
- Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. Nothing is cut off early.
- Nothing is clawed back. Cancelling is not a punishment and I do not treat it as one.
- After the period ends: the quests and briefings, the room, the weekly call and the 1-to-1 calls stop.
- Your completed quests and pillars stay yours. They keep their dates, and the XP they paid stays on your record. They are not revoked because you left. See sections 09 and 09a.
- Your record is yours. Ask at any time, including after you leave, and I send you what is on it.
- Briefing PDFs you already downloaded are yours to keep and read. Recordings are hosted, so access to them ends.
- Rejoining later is just joining again, at the price current then. Your completed quests and pillars and your XP are still there.
08Refunds
There are no refunds. Once you have paid, you are in. Cancelling ends the renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
I am not printing a guarantee I do not mean. What you get instead is a free call before you pay, a subscription you can end on any day, and a total exposure of one month — $19.99.
A month already in use is not refunded and not split. There are exceptions, and each one is a case where the refund is mine to start rather than yours to chase: I remove you for conduct, you step out for care, I fail to deliver something I said I would, I decline you after you have paid, or a charge happened that should not have. Those are set out on the refunds page.
Where the law overrides this
Consumers in the UK and the EU have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service, and a policy cannot remove it. It can, however, be waived — and this clause is the waiver:
By joining you expressly agree that your Lifemax Club membership begins immediately, as soon as you have paid, and you acknowledge that by starting it immediately you lose your 14-day right to withdraw.
If a member invited you, the same applies: your membership begins the moment the checkout is complete, and your free month is its first month.
How you agree to it. Joining happens on a Stripe Checkout page the site opens for you. It carries a tick above the pay button, not pre-ticked, and the checkout will not complete without it. The tick reads "I want Lifemax Club to open immediately, and I understand that starting it now means I give up my 14-day right to cancel." Ticking it is your express request that the membership start at once, and your acknowledgement that the 14 days go with it — the clause above, in one line. Your answer is recorded against your membership with its date and shown to you in the member area, under Stats.
Said plainly, because it matters more than it flatters me: if you ticked it without understanding what you were giving up, say so and I will treat your 14 days as intact. The same goes if you joined through the earlier payment link, whose tick was a general agreement to these terms rather than a box worded about the 14 days. I would rather refund a man who did not understand what he agreed to than win that argument.
And the general rule above yields to the law where you live. Where the consumer law of your country gives you a right that cannot be waived by agreement, that law wins and this policy does not apply to it. I am not claiming a blanket no-refund position, because that position is not true everywhere.
09How a quest is completed
This is the part that matters. Everything else is a library.
- Reading is open from the first day. Every quest in every pillar is readable from the day you join. Section 02 sets out the order in which pillars open for completing.
- Ticking a briefing off as watched is self-reported. You do it yourself, nobody checks it, it pays no XP, and it proves nothing to anyone. It exists so you can find your place.
A quest is completed in one of two ways, and only these two:
- Pass its quiz. Four questions, and all four must be right — three is a fail. If you fail, you are told how many you got right, never which, and you can sit it again from your next midnight where you live, by the time zone in your Settings (UTC if you have not set one). Where a quest has no quiz, a call is the way to complete it.
- Or cover it with me on a one-to-one call, and I mark it done.
- There is no proof to upload and nothing is graded. No files, no photos, no pass-or-hold verdicts.
- Quizzes open in January. Until then nothing is completed and no XP is paid, by quiz or on a call.
- A pillar is complete when all eight of its quests are. XP is paid the moment a quest is completed, and only once — section 09a.
- A completed quest stays completed. It keeps its date and it stays yours — including after you cancel, and including after you leave for good. The same is true of a completed pillar. A quest completed by quiz cannot be undone by anyone, including me. A quest I mark done after a call can be unmarked only to correct a mark I made by mistake, and its XP comes off with it.
- A completed quest is never bought. No amount of money completes anything. The subscription buys the reading, the calls and the room, not the result.
- A completed quest or pillar is a record inside my school. It is not a certificate, a licence, or a credential, and it has no standing anywhere else.
09aXP, levels, the leaderboard and your profile
The game is a way of showing the record in section 09. It is not a separate thing you can buy or win.
- XP is paid only when a quest is completed, by its quiz or on a call. Nothing else pays it — not a failed quiz, not a ticked briefing, not time spent, not money. Each quest pays once: 100, 250 or 500 XP, as shown on the quest. Completing all eight quests in a pillar pays a further 500. Your level is worked out from your XP and nothing else.
- XP, levels, frames and leaderboard positions have no monetary value. They are a record of completed quests. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, for money or for anything else, and they are not a prize.
- A completed quest is not a guarantee of any health, physical, social or financial outcome. Section 14 applies to every quest.
- XP never decays. A completed quest stays completed and a completed pillar stays completed after you cancel, after you leave, and when you come back, and the XP they paid stays with them. The one exception is the correction in section 09 — a call mark I made by mistake. Section 07 and the refunds page say the same.
- The leaderboard is shown by default. You are on it unless you hide yourself, which is one switch in Settings and works at any time, in either direction. It shows your nickname, your avatar, your level and your XP — never your real name, and never a breakdown by pillar.
- Other members can open your profile by clicking your nickname or avatar. It shows your nickname, your avatar, the month you joined, your level, your XP, the pillars you have completed and how many quests you have completed. If you have hidden yourself from the leaderboard, it shows only your nickname, your avatar and the month you joined.
- Wins are posted to the room. When you complete a pillar or reach a milestone level, a short line saying so is posted under your nickname. That is on by default; turn it off in Settings and nothing more is posted. It is a separate switch from the leaderboard.
- The bell tells you when someone replies to you or mentions you, when you level up or complete a pillar, before a call you booked, and when a briefing is ready. What is stored, and for how long, is in the privacy notice.
09bInvite a friend
Every member has an invite link in the member area. It works while your membership is active.
- Your friend's first month is free. Joining through your link gives him a 30-day free trial. Stripe takes his card at checkout and charges nothing until the 30 days are up. If he cancels before they end, he pays nothing at all. After that he pays $19.99 a month, like any other new member.
- Your next month is free once he pays his first month. Not when he joins, and not when his trial starts — when his first real payment goes through. If he cancels during his free month, nothing is earned. The free month comes off your next invoice: it is a month you are not charged, on your own subscription, not a payment to you.
- He has to be new. The free month is for someone who is not a current or past member, and who is not you. An invite that brings back a past member, or that you use yourself, earns you nothing.
- Months you earn queue one at a time. One free month sits on your subscription at a time; the next waits until that one has been used, then takes its place.
- What you see. Once his first month is paid you are told his nickname, and your invite page counts who has joined and who has paid. You never see his real name, his email or his payment details.
- I can change or end the invite scheme for invites made after the change. A free month you have already earned is kept.
10The calls
Unlimited 1-to-1 calls, for as long as you are a member. Book any free half-hour slot in the diary, as often as there are slots. They are not earned, not rationed, and not tied to XP, a level or a completed quest. A call is also one of the two ways to complete a quest — section 09.
The call is yours to use: ask questions, argue with a quest, bring an idea, or just talk. You book it from the diary in the member area. If you cancel your subscription, the calls stop when your access does, and a slot booked past the end of your paid period will not happen.
One community call every week — Sundays, 20:00–20:30 UTC+8, on Zoom — open to every member, recorded. Show up or watch it later. It is not a condition of anything and missing it costs you nothing.
If I have to move a call, I say so as early as I can. If I cannot make one, it moves — it is not cancelled.
11The room and the chat
Members post, comment on posts, and reply once beneath a comment, and talk in the seven chat channels. You appear under your nickname and avatar. Real names are never shown to other members.
What is asked of you: bring the real number, including the ugly one. Answer the person who posted before you. Never shame a slip — not yours, not theirs.
I can delete anything in the room or the chat, without notice and without a debate. I will tell you why if it was yours.
What gets you removed. Each of these is grounds on its own:
- Shaming another member's slip.
- Repeating anything another member disclosed. Anywhere, ever. This one has no second chance.
- Pitching, recruiting, or selling to members, in the room or by DM.
- Recording, screenshotting, or re-sharing a call, or anything from the room or the chat.
- Sharing your private link so someone else can get the quests and briefings.
- Harassment, threats, slurs, or sexual content about anyone here.
- Lying about your age or misrepresenting who you are on a call.
Removal
- Disruptive in the room: one private warning, then removed and refunded for the month.
- Serious breach — a threat, a safety issue, or repeating another member's disclosure outside the room: removed immediately, current month refunded, no warning.
I will always tell you why, in writing, in plain words. Removal for conduct is permanent. Quests you completed before the removal stay completed, and so do the pillars you completed and the XP they paid.
12Your account and your private link
You sign up with an email address and a password. Your password is hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256, 100,000 iterations, with a random 16-byte salt. The plaintext is never stored, never logged, and never returned to anyone, including me.
Read this next part carefully, because I am not going to oversell it.
What actually authenticates every request is a private link containing a 22-character token. Anyone holding that link is you. There is nothing else in front of it.
Logging in with your email and password recovers that link. It is a way back in if you lose the link — it is not a second factor and it does not sit in front of the link. So: do not share the link, do not post it, and do not paste it anywhere public. If it leaks, tell me and I issue a new one the same day.
If you forget your password, use "Forgot password" on the log-in page where it is offered: a six-digit code goes to your account email. Where it is not offered, or the code does not arrive, email me from the address you signed up with and I reopen the account by hand. That is slower, and I would rather tell you now than have you discover it at 2am.
Login attempts are rate-limited, by IP address and by email address. If you get the password wrong too many times in a row you are locked out for a while. That is deliberate.
Sharing your link to give someone else access is grounds for removal. What is stored on your account and why is set out in the privacy notice.
13Recordings and intellectual property
Every briefing is a recording — that is me teaching, filmed once, with a companion PDF.
The weekly community call is recorded. You are told that every time, and camera off is always fine and costs you nothing — attendance is never conditional on being recorded. If you want to be cut afterwards, ask and it is done within 7 days.
1-to-1 calls are not recorded unless you and I both agree to it, on that call, for that call.
Recordings go to members and to me. They are not public, not sold, and never used in marketing without a specific written yes from everyone in the frame. Nothing said as a private disclosure is ever recorded, quoted, or repeated anywhere. The same rules are set out in the privacy notice, and the two pages say the same thing on purpose.
You may not record, screenshot, or re-share a call.
Mine: the quests, the briefings, the recordings, the PDFs, the site, the member area, the Lifemax Club name, and everything I wrote. Your licence to it is personal and non-transferable, for as long as you are a member. Republishing, reselling, uploading, posting to another community, or using any of it to build or teach a competing programme is not allowed.
I am not going to pretend this material cannot be copied. It can. It was never the point — a copied briefing gets nobody an hour of my time, a seat in the room, or a place on the board.
Yours: your posts, your chat messages, and everything you write. You own it. I need your permission to use any of it, and a clause in these terms is not that permission. If I want to quote you, name you, or show your work anywhere public, I will ask you first, for that specific thing, in writing, and you can say no or change your mind later. Nothing you disclose as a personal or safety matter is ever quoted, shown, or ranked — with any permission.
14No guaranteed results
I do not promise an outcome, a timeline, a number, or a version of you at the end of it.
Nothing on this site, in a call, in a quest or in a briefing is a claim about what you will earn, how you will look, who you will meet, or how you will feel. A quest's target is something to aim at, not a result I am promising you; a passed quiz shows you understood a quest, not that your life changed; and a level is not an outcome either. Anyone selling you that is lying, and the fact that I will not is most of why this exists.
What I do promise: the quests, readable now, with their briefings and quizzes from January; and the calls, the room, the chat and the weekly call. XP is paid when a quest is completed, and not otherwise. What comes of it depends on what you actually do.
15Not medical, psychological, or financial advice
Lifemax Club is a school and a room of people doing hard, ordinary work and writing down what happened. That is the whole product.
It is not therapy. It is not medical or mental-health treatment. It is not a crisis service. Nobody here is a clinician, including me.
Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment, a prescription, or clinical advice. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice either. If you have a medical or psychological condition, or you take medication, talk to your doctor before you change how you train, eat, or sleep. That applies with particular force to the Health pillar.
I am one person, in Malaysia. I am asleep for part of your day. Nobody here is on call and nobody should be treated as if they are.
If you need a professional, that is not a failure and it is not the end of anything. Free, 24-hour lines are listed on the help page — open to everyone, no membership needed, before you join and after you leave. Look at it before you need it.
If you tell me something serious, I will stop coaching, take it out of the channel, ask you a straight question, and hand you people who are trained for it. Nothing you disclose goes to another member. The one limit, and you should know it now rather than later: if I believe your life is in immediate danger, I will not stay quiet about it.
If what you need is treatment rather than a system, that is an exit for care — cancelled the same day, current period refunded in full, no forms.
16Things I use and do not control
Calls run on a third-party video service — Zoom at the time of writing. The provider is named in the invitation you get, and what it sees is set out in the privacy notice.
Payments run on Stripe. The site and the member area run on Cloudflare — the site on Cloudflare Pages, the member area on Cloudflare Workers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to you as well as mine, and I do not control them. If one of them has an outage I will work around it and tell you.
17Changes, availability, and liability
I can improve quests, quizzes and briefings, refilm them, rewrite PDFs, and change how the member area looks. I will not take away a pillar you are paying for, and rewriting a quest or its quiz never un-completes it or takes back the XP it paid. If I ever have to shut Lifemax Club down, I will say so plainly, refund the current month for everyone, and send everyone their record: their completed quests with their dates, and their XP.
I can change these terms. If a change materially affects what you are paying for, I email every member at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, cancel — you will not be charged again and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Plainly, on liability:
- I am not liable for what you decide to do with the work. You are an adult making your own decisions about your body, your money, your time, and your relationships.
- I am not liable for another member's behaviour, inside or outside the room.
- I am not liable for third-party outages — Stripe, Cloudflare, the video hosts.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, my total liability to you is capped at what you paid me in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in that section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live that cannot be removed by agreement.
18Governing law, and the rest
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. If the consumer law of the country you live in gives you rights or a forum that this clause cannot take away, it does not take them away.
- These terms, the refunds page and the privacy notice are the whole agreement between us.
- If a court strikes out one part, the rest still stands.
- You cannot transfer your membership to anyone else. I can transfer this agreement if Lifemax Club is ever sold, and I will tell you before that happens.
- If I do not enforce something once, that is not me giving it up.
